Dr. Weinstein's comments on Dr. Rebecca Carley Rebecca Carley, M.D. is one of the most outstanding physicians and surgeons that I have met in my half century working with families and children. She has been maligned by the New York State Department of Health because she dared to challenge a system which accentuates pharmacology and the marriage between physicians and corporate America. She challenged the system and as a result they took away and suspended her medical license. It was done in a closed hearing by a fraudulent administrative judge who would not allow me to enter on the record any of my qualifications. I never represented that I was going in as her therapist or psychologist, but rather as an associate. I could not have been licensed in New York State in Family Therapy as at that time, as Family Therapy was not licensed in the State of New York. As far as schools or independent study, I completed all the resources to get licensure and get Diplomate and Fellow status in the APA. I have published over 50 journal articles in the National Journal and was the recipient of the Distinguished Public Service Award. The only crime that Dr. Rebecca Carley is guilty of is challenging the system by bringing health remedies through preventive medicine rather than over medicating patients that are at risk. The hearing was a kangaroo court by state bureaucrats who kept the room sealed until they could manufacture false charges against a wonderful physician and surgeon whom they have slandered and libeled. Anyone who supported Dr. Carley was attacked and impeached using arguments that were totally flawed.
